The Rank Of Women In Islam

When people talk about Islam women, some people will think that Islam will mistreat women. I will tell you a difference between the rank of women in the jahilliyah time and the time after Islam is at its glory. During the jahilliyah time, women are used as prostitutes, strippers, their opinions doesn't matter just because they are women and the daughters were buried alive. After Islam came, the rank of women were raised, they were needed to cover their body to avoid mishap such as rape. If these things happen, it will affect the women's dignity. After a while, any opinion from a women is accepted and usually if it was a proposal, it would have been done. Rasulullah S.A.W once said " Oh Allah I am very concerned about the rights of two weak people which is the orphans and the women"-From Abi Syuraih Khuwailid bin Amru RA.
